- RepoSpot is not responsible for inaccuracies, incomplete results, or decisions made based on AI-assisted processing
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Upload unlawful, unauthorized, or improperly obtained information
- Attempt to access another company’s data
- Attempt to bypass security, account restrictions, or permission controls
- Use RepoSpot to scrape, resell, redistribute, or improperly share third-party data

RepoSpot is not liable for losses, damages, claims, missed recoveries, incorrect recoveries, financial outcomes, legal outcomes, operational delays, or decisions made based on platform data.
10. Termination
RepoSpot may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if:
- These Terms are violated
- The platform is misused
- Unauthorized access is attempted
- User activity creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risk
- Continued access is no longer appropriate at RepoSpot’s discretion
Users may stop using RepoSpot at any time.
